MIDDLE SCHOOL GOLF PROGRAM
Thank you for visiting. We are no longer offering a middle school golf program. The Boys Golf and Girls Golf teams are open to 7th-12th graders; registration is done through SmartSchoolK12.
2019 Middle School Golf will be starting Monday, April 22th and ends on May 23rd!
The season is scheduled to be 5 weeks, and will be 4 days each week with every Friday off. Time will be split between instruction on the driving range and putting green, and time on the executive course playing. The start time is 3:00 at Inver Wood Golf Course and practice concludes around 4:30 - 5:30 (4:30 on a range day, and around 5:30 if your child is playing on the course). After Monday, April 22nd, they should have a good idea of what days they will be playing the course and can give you a heads up. (I have found it's helpful for my daughter to text me after finishing her 8th hole.)
There has been some interest expressed in carpooling. Though we can't arrange this for you, we can possibly hook you up with someone who can help. If you are able to take any extra kids from school to Inver Wood, please let us know and we will give your name to someone with a need for help after school and if you have a need for carpool help, let us know. Also, please communicate to me if you would not like your email shared to this group for future correspondence.
Rick Olson will be our Middle School Golf Coach. He be instructing and running the MS golf program. He is a middle school teacher. He will be there on the first day to meet you and the MS golfers.
We are very excited to finally get outside on the course!

2019 Middle School Golf Information
Our middle school program is a booster run program and is not sponsored by the IGH middle school or Simley Activities department. Please print and fill out the MS Golf registration form and return to Middle School Main Office, or at the informational meeting on April 9th. DO NOT MAKE ON LINE PAYMENT THROUGH SCHOOLVIEW if your student will be participating in the middle school golf program.
The meeting was on Tuesday, April 9th. for anyone interested in joining the Middle School Golf Program this spring. The Middle School Golf Program is open to anyone in grades 6, 7, or 8 who would like to improve their skills or learn the game of golf.
